Frequently-Asked Questions

The questions shown here are non-technical questions such as transactions, payments, etc. If you don’t find the answer you need, please contact us directly.

What are the shipping methods?

For orders containing complete model kits or RTR, we ship via UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.) because UPS is fast and safe (Average of 7 days to reach customs in destination country), model parts are not easily damaged on the way, and only this kind of commercial courier company can carry such large size packages.

For small parcels that do not contain the complete model and its wooden box, we will randomly choose the courier, they are cheaper than UPS but the shipping time can not be guaranteed.

Countries and regions to which you can ship?

Global. Except for countries or regions sanctioned by the UPS and other international express enterprises and most international banks.

What payment methods are supported?

The use of vacuum systems is a necessary step in creating standard conditions for taking, transporting and storing biological samples of patients. The introduction of such systems affects all stages of laboratory research and generally transfers the organization of the laboratory to another level. More than 95% of blood samples in the United States and Western Europe are taken using vacuum systems.
An important role is played by the application form for analyses. A well-designed and correctly completed application form simplifies the procedure for prescribing tests by a doctor to a particular patient, and also minimizes the likelihood of errors due to the “human factor.”

What are the currencies that can be accepted?

Currently we only accept USD, EUR and GBP. The primary currency to which our products are anchored is the U.S. Dollar. Fluctuations in exchange rates may result in changes in the price of the Euro and Pound Sterling.

What kind of people are these models suitable for?

All of our models are designed for ages 14 and up, and although we have tried to make the models easier to assembly (more screws and less glue), repair, and rework, you will still need some modeling experience.

Please note: Operating hydraulic models incorrectly carries the risk of injury!
